Great doctor. After my surgery he gives me his cell number telling me if I have any problems to call or text him. Well of course I did have problems and he personally called me and took care of me on a Sunday. Very nice guy. You have any troubles go see him.

Dr. Bagan has helped multiple members of my family (and myself) over the years. He's an excellent surgeon, and just as nice a person. He and his staff communicate consistently with their patients, and always make working with them easy. Always a great experience (other than the need for surgery) with Dr. Bagan and his staff.

As a responder to the World Trade Center disaster I am covered by the WTC health program for cancer screenings and received the paperwork with the exact coverage with instructions to bring it to the provider. The person answering the phone at Dr. Bagans said, 'I believe we accept it', then I spoke to billing and a person named Teri said No, we must bill your primary insurance first and if they refuse to pay then we'll try the World Trade Center insurance, she then said she doesn't have time to go over insurance issues with every patient. How far should I shove my head into this lions mouth?

I have had many dozens of doctors treat me over the years but never have I had one with such an amazing bed side manner. Not only that, but his concern for his patients is very impressive, he personally called the evening after the procedure to check how I was doing. If I could give more than five stars I would.
