As a responder to the World Trade Center disaster I am covered by the WTC health program for cancer screenings and received the paperwork with the exact coverage with instructions to bring it to the provider. The person answering the phone at Dr. Bagans said, 'I believe we accept it', then I spoke to billing and a person named Teri said No, we must bill your primary insurance first and if they refuse to pay then we'll try the World Trade Center insurance, she then said she doesn't have time to go over insurance issues with every patient. How far should I shove my head into this lions mouth?

My husband had been diagnosed with Fever of Unknown origin. He suffered for almost three years before meeting Dr Bagan. He had been to many doctors and specialists and even a University Hospital. My husband went to Dr Bagan for a routine colonoscopy and he was so thorough and read through all the files. He suspected the gallbladder was playing a role and sure enough he was correct. After some testing the gallbladder was removed and he has been feeling much better. We are eternally grateful to Dr Bagan. He is very caring and listens and is truly a remarkable Doctor.

I have had many dozens of doctors treat me over the years but never have I had one with such an amazing bed side manner. Not only that, but his concern for his patients is very impressive, he personally called the evening after the procedure to check how I was doing. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Dr Bagan and his team do an awesome job! All of his staff have great people skills and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Bagan has a great bedside manor and laughs at everyone of my bad jokes!! I appreciate that!

He's the Doctor to see if you need help, he's honest, caring and ethical hears what you're saying without already having your problem figured out before you telling what it is. You all know what I'm saying. God bless this man and Doctor for being here for me and all of you and him being the kind of upstanding person and Doctor he is. THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T PLAY THE KEEP YOU COMING BACK GAME JUST TO FILL HIS POCKET. THUMBS UP TO HIM.

Dr. Bagan has been treating me since my bi-lateral mastectomy in November of 2019 and you won't find a nicer, more caring or knowledgeable doctor anywhere. He is a rare breed who always goes the extra mile to make sure things are right and *you* are doing well, mentally and physically. His staff is also wonderful. I would gladly recommend Dr. Bagan to anyone and anyone who knows him, loves him.
