Urgent Care MD of Port Charlotte was great. I mean no one wants to sit for hours waiting to be seen for any health problem. I made an appointment and I was told I could wait at home until 10 minutes before my appointment time. Then signed in easy , was called within 20 mins after getting there and seen a Dr that took her time with me, not rushed at all. She called in my prescriptions and I went to pick them up, back in my bed in know time. I felt very sick at the time. I could have saved many hours from going to past germy Emergency Department rooms waiting hours just to get in the back room.

I was sent here for a work related injury. Their ad states “”walk-ins welcome, no wait, etc” none of that is true! I have over a 2 hour wait! Front desk representative Mercedes had no care or concern, could not locate my paperwork that OReillys assured me twice was sent over. It took me over 39 minutes in traffic to arrive (11 miles) Mercedes was all about sending me to another location, meanwhile my foot is throbbing to the point of nausea!! Omg, if this was not work-related and I had been sent here, I would have left and went somewhere where I could elective the care I needed. Terrible service, no empathy or concern. Told me ohhh you can leave and come back in 2 hours….not even interested in the pain I am having and it’s my right foot do further driving is a NO. I know I will never come here again!!!

Wonderful staff, care, and service. Very professional friendly physician. Highly recommend. Easy to register and can wait at home until u are called.

Showed up without appointment for CDL exam and was given first one available thanks to front desk. Thereafter, the nurse took care of my exam, and 45 min later, I was out. Everyone was courteous and made sure everything was running smoothly. Medical staff is highly skilled and professional. Highly recommended.

I was given an appointment (by phone) for 10am. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was 10:48. I was called in at 11:10. Scheduling gets 2 stars. Once I was taken care of the treatment was superior. Worth 5 stars plus!
