Very easy to make my appointment. They did ask for my insurance information when I made the appointment. Was able to make an appointment for the next day because I had an issue that I was concerned about and anxious to get resolved. Very short wait when I arrived and I found DR Metyk to be very efficient and he resolved my issue and gave some good advice at the same time. Will be useing him when I need additional care.

Call this office 2 weeks ago to make an appointment it was a Thursday somebody said they would call back the next day Friday. No one has called back since. Almost 3 weeks. Never heard such a ridiculous thing that it takes weeks to make an appointment because they have to first check your insurance. Every other doctor I go to they run your insurance while you're on the phone with them making the appointment. I have no idea how good the doctor is or bad can't seem to get past this ridiculous front desk. Not worth the effort found a different doctor who actually makes appointments when you phone.
