Took wife in with broken arm. Had it stayed yesterday and still awaiting results almost 24 hours later. Next time will go to imaging place that reads xray same day.

I’ve been to this location on Tamiami Blvd and the Women’s Imaging Center on Cochran Blvd several times and each time I felt I was well taken care of. Today I was cared for by Jeannette P. who is an exceptional imaging tech.

I was there recently for 3 different procedures with weeks of each other CT Scan xray and MRI. All three appointments where handled by very professional technicians. The check in process was efficient and I had very short wait times.

You can get almost everything done there.

The entire staff is Knowledgeable Thorough Compassionate They go the extra mile explaining holding your hand when needed... Theyre efficient... Short of not being injured I couldnt ask for a better experience Ive been a cpl of times...Always consistent

Confirmed an appointment for neck and back pain regaurding an auto ancident not involving another vehicle just wanted to get checked out and I was using my Florida Blue Cross insurance NOT auto insurance. Receptionist had to put me on hold to verify that is something they were able to do and comes back and says yes sir would 345 PM work? I said yes. Arrived at 340 was seen at 420.. in the back room I overheard nurses and whatnot talking about an auto incident my case and decided to further investigate. All the nurses tried saying it isn’t something they covered and I told them about the phone call and they start pulling the phone call from that morning and looked shocked when they found out they did indeed APPROVE it. Did not get fully checked out by Millennium due to the nonsense I experienced. Spoke with the manager who ABSOLUTELY DID NOT CARE ONE BIT. She would not let us speak in a private room I asked her to close to door as we were speaking about my personal information health information she tells me “this is my practice I don’t have to shut the door” WOW Boy have you lost a customer And by the looks of everything after telling some of your other customers in the lobby of my situation they feel the same way and left your practice

Here for new patient appointment. Appointment set for 3 pm. It is now 405 pm and was told Dr was in with one patient then will see another then me. Sorry..not acceptable. Hour and a half now. Overheard the comments they wont miss the co pay if I walk out. Maybe they will miss insurance payment. Dispute resolution will be hearing from me.

Everyone was so friendly and efficient for my MRI appointment and report ready in two days.. also with my X Ray a few months ago.

Concerned care depends on what doctor you get. First time to millennium I was fortunate to get Dr Jacobs. He was great. Second and last time another doctor just about ran me out of the building without really hearing what I was there for. I now know that they cant help with controlled substances like Ambien when my prescription expired from Michigan but I still have a sore throat and plan to go elsewhere to get treated. Good luck with you getting a good doctor.
