As someone who truly fears the eye doctor, Avery did nothing short of excellent! He was personable, answered every question, was helping every employee there for them to be able to help customers. The entire time I was in the store he never stopped working! As a practice manager in the healthcare setting, he is THEE TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEE! Please, Please share this information with him because he deserves all the recognition!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. They are the nicest people ever and will bend over backward to make sure you’re happy. Their precision to detail is second to none!!! Avery is very professional, knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with my eyeglasses.

Earlier this month I had an eye exam by optometrist Elliot Stupp who made an off color remark - quite offensive and unprofessional. Said the glasses made from exam results would be out of focus when viewing porn sites. Worse yet, when I went back to pick up my new glasses and try them on my vision was no better than without them on. I was willing to give company a chance to correct the issue but each time I spoke to someone things became more confusing and conflicting. During a call I was disconnected so I decided to drive to Mall, return the one pair of glasses they claimed might take my eyes up to to 10 days to self adjust and demand a full refund. For whatever reason the store decided to ban me so I could not accompany my wife when picking up her new glasses a few days later. Up to then I would have let the matter go but I've since decided to post this and make a formal complaint against the health care provider.

Both of my kids had eye exam appointments today. We had such a fantastic experience. We worked with Avery and he went above and beyond. He helped my daughter pick her first pair of glasses. She was so excited. He helped her pick the perfect pair! My son got contacts for the first time. Avery spent over an hour with him, making sure he felt comfortable taking in and out his contacts. He was so patient and encouraging. We typically have a good experience at Optical Outlets of Port Charlotte, but today was exceptional!!

Very friendly! I was very pleased. With 5 kids it is hard to find accommodating drs. My son is special needs and they did amazing with him. I was impressed. I didn't tske my other kids but could've since they were so nice
