Called to make an appt, was a previous patient and they used to accept my insurance. I asked if they still did and the individual asked for my insurance and I gave this to them. They told me yes they still accepted my insurance. I had a hard time finding another doctor in my area that day so I made sure to verify this. Drove 40 min to my appt only to be told they did not accept my insurance.

I have new insurance. I've called every Quigley In my area. On hold for over 1 hour waiting to make a appointment! Typical florida! Guess they don't want to make any money

Tried to make an appointment on their website but apparently no one checks it and no one ever got back to me. Either don’t say you take appointments over the web and make people call you or check your website.

Charged my credit card for contacts but will not call back. Can never get through to Port Charlotte Tamiami Trail office. Do not go there.

DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY, AND TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO BILL ME FOR A SERVICE I COMPLETELY PAID IN FULL BEFORE I LEFT THE DAY OF SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN! ALSO THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE ALTOGETHER. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.
