If I could give more stars I would! I came in today for an appointment I thought I had at this location. Come to find out it was at the Punta Gorda office. The staff said they would fit me in. Then I was told it was for a diabetic eye exam which I thought it was for that and for contacts. Well they don't do contacts there or the Punta Gorda office, so the staff called another office on Tamiami and was able to get me an appointment there for today! These ladies went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate them! The office I went to was equally as amazing! I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you!!
Very annoyed had a lesser treatment scheduled instead did another eye exam which was just done 2 weeks ago. Instead of saying we are sorry machine is broken we need to reschedule. Finally said this after going through exam. Ridiculous treating a patient this way.
This morning was our second encounter with Quigley Eye Center, the first time was making a call to make our appointment, I specifically wanted to see Dr. Campbell, and the gal said she thought Dr. Campbell had retired. I went ahead and made an appt anyway. When we arrived this morning we encountered Cassandra who was anything but warm and fuzzy....no Good Morning, how are you today? She asked us if we had appts, and we said yes, and she said to sign in and she would get to us in a minute. After about 5 minutes she got up to look at the sign in sheet, and she asked if we both had appointments...my response was yes, that is why we both signed in. She clearly needs some training in dealing with patients, or she clearly does not enjoy her job. The rest of the staff was pleasant enough. After our appointment we were not invited to go to the optical department, there was no hand over to the optical department absolutely nothing. I went into the optical department and asked if I could see what our insurance is, and there were two gals there, one brand new who was doing her best to help without much in the way of tools provided to her. The seasoned optician informed me that because my vision coverage was not stated on the back of my card, I needed to call my insurance and figure it out. When I made the appointment I specifically asked if my insurance was accepted there, and she said yes....turns out no. But I wouldn't return to that optical dept if you paid me. Poorest selection and quantity of frames. I am an optician who has run a successful one Dr practice for over 5 years, and have never provided the poor level of service I encountered at Quigley. Makes me think I should get back into my career!
Needed a new eye doctor and wasn't sure who to chose, well I called Quigley Eye Specialists and they were able to accommodate me same day. Had a great experience entire team is knowledgeable. Dr. Campbell was great took his time and explained everything as he did the exam.Glad I chose Quigley Eye Specialists
Do yourself a favor and find yourself another eye center. This place is the worst when it comes to keeping their appointments. Within a 6 month period, my eye appointment was rescheduled like 5 times. Seems like Dr. Nika Priest-Allen has better things to do than to keep her patients appointments.

Just a wonderful staff. Getting to know my Eye specialist and will update.
Thank you !!!!!! I have my sight back !!!!!!
I have to be honest, I was not pleased with the insurance and billing departments. When I needed to get in to get my contacts RX renewed, I had to make multiple calls for them to acknowledge all that my insurance covered even though I gave them the benefits coverage sheet. Then, they got so rude with me that I hung up. I went to the appointment anyway because I needed the quicker appointment before leaving town. The front desk staff was really polite and nice. Again billing/insurance struggled to use my correct name despite being across all my paperwork. The intake nurse was abrupt to say the least. Dr. Billings was nice and the exam was comfortable. I left with an Rx for both glasses and contacts. Okay.Fast forward, we get my FIL on new insurance. The insurance and billing department swears that they don't take it even though they are listed. I just withdrew both of them from their office. I have enough to deal with instead of fighting with an insurance and billing department who doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground and is rather rude at the same time! Buuuutt...Dr. Billings is nice. :)
This place only have the nicest people working in every department.you have an appointment and that is when you will be seen.I never waited more than 5 min.Have been going there for years.Expect to be treated like a queen or king.I love everybody there.Dr.Cambell is the best.😎😊🌲👌😎

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
