Compassionate, knowledgeable doctor and nurse team. Dr. Holganza has been very helpful.

The visit was fine. The MD is kind and seems to care. The problem is the inability to contact the MD office. I have to get another Dr appt now at a different office and take more time off work bc the phone lines are just busy ALL THE TIME!

TERRIBLE! Besides the doctor prescribing my 2 year old medicine that I told her he did not need. Which when I took him to another doctor she laughed because of what Holganza tried to prescribe him was NOTHING he needed. When the nurses would give shots, after giving the shots they would stick the USED NEEDLE into the bed where the children lay down to be examined. I don't know what kind of doctors office this is but it should have been shut down when I was a kid.

My boys have been seeing Dr. Holganza now for 2 years. I never felt more comfortable with any other doctor till we started seeing Dr. Holganza. She cares about her patients. Listens to the parents when they have a concern. She talks to the boys directly.

Do Not take your Child to this Unethical and clearly unintelligible Dr. How she ever received a license is beyond me. Me and my daughter's father had her as an on call Pediatrician when my daughter was first born. She came in for an initial checkup to sign off our child being good enough and when she picked up my daughter she Almost Dropped her because my daughter spit up a little bit of food she just ate and said there was something wrong with her. All baby's tend to spit up and my daughter barely did..oh but Wait here is the whole reason I am writing this! With out even seeing it just because I was on a medication that is a proved and was approved by my OBGYN she said my daughter was having problems with her hands shaking and she didn't need to see anything she heard it from the nurse. So since we didn't have a pediatrician ready when we were released from the hospital she told us to go a head and call on and she would be right back to see whom it was. 2 hours went by and no word or return. So we called the nurse and asked when she was coming back and the nurse told us she had already left and that we were not leaving like she had told us but recommended that we stay because wasn't well enough to be released we had to stay longer to make sure our child was going to be put in the NICU. Great way to start out the happiest moments of my life... when DR. HOLGANZO came back the next day, eventhough we were told by the nurse it would be another Dr. This Idiot comes in to check on our daughter. After the unethical and horribly unprofessional and ignorant incident the day prior, my daughter father and I stopped her at the door before she could even look at our child and told her to turn around and send someone else. Well she argued with us and confronted with the issue the day prior of taking off she said it was just because she had alot of patients. So we made her leave and she said she was sending someone else. Maybe this time we could go home.(oh and fyi we changed the nipple and formula as a nurse suggested and at that point there she was no longer spitting up.) Well 30 minutes passed so once again we called the nurses station to ask and once again the nurse said she Left and that she examined my daughter 2and time and Dr. HOLGANZO signed her to go to the NICU. At most the unethical Dr. May have peered at my daughter from a distance! Oh and you know when its against Dr. Orders you cant take your child or they will alert the authorities. The head Dr. In the NICU gave us a second opinion and said our child looked completely FINE and could go home !but! Because This IDIOT WHOM Falsified a medical Information AND Signed documents to order it! Because HOLGANZO said she had a 1st opinion and clearly there was some reason she thought that she needed to be in there he was going to have to recommend against it! So instead of having an easy time and being able to bring my 1st child home. We had this nut bag Who Put her in the NICU for 2 weeks only to do good and come home. And just to reiterate I understand if my daughter had some areas of concern but She DIDN'T even look at my daughter THAT'S medical Fraud. The last note I completely understand when a child is having problems keeping food down but all children do spit up. When I freaked out on her asleep why tf she almost dropped my baby when she spit up. Dr HOLGANZO told me several times that babies dont spit up and its not normal. Do not take your child to this lying unethical, pediatrician. I can't help but think somehow that she may have gotten a cut of the upwards of $7,000 NICU bill I got on top of the initial hospital bill.

My wife and I have trusted our 5 kids to Dr. Holganza for the past 11 years. Best in town!

Horrible!! Not even made it to scheduling an appointment. Is there only one receptionist, every time I call I am placed on a hold while she takes all other calls. There needs to be a method to answering incoming calls, so even time I try and speak with her she picks up 3 more calls. Dropped the ball on verifying my insurance PCP and never called me the following day with their appointments. Followed up with her the next day. Gave me an excuse to the phone lines were busy so she will call in today to get the information. Beyond frustrated I called my insurance provider to switch to this office on a Monday afternoon and got through perfectly fine and the call only took 10 minutes. Which is less than my wait time with this poorly managed office. I informed her that the relationship wouldn't work. If I have to continue to follow up with her and hold on the phone so long, what would it be like for my actual appointments. Will never recommend this place to any one. Please do better with your customer care. Dropping the ball is not the way to go.

Absolutely wonderful, my daughter loves her and is never worried about going to the Doctor, she respects my decisions and gives me helpful input, just wish she wasn’t so busy but unfortunately that’s how most Doctors are anymore.

If you feel like making an appointment for example say 9:30. Expect to be seen around 11:00. Have never been seen on time at this place. Will definitely be changing pediatricians.
