A couple of weeks ago I was referred to Dr. Pankhaniya as my kidney function blood work came back very concerning. My daughter accompanied me for my first visit as I was beside myself with worry. I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful manner of the staff and the kind doctor. Dr. Pankhaniya spoke clearly to both my daughter and me. He explained everything in language we could understand and dictated his findings right in front of us several times throughout the visit. I felt as though he was a family member immediately! My only negative observation was that his office needs a bit of updating which actually meant nothing to me after the first few minutes.

Amazing!!! The office staff are a dream team of caring, friendly, loving professionals. Our intake nurse a pure joy!! We were completely unprepared to deal with a doctor that has lived his life for Nephrology and treated us as a family member with care, respect and the utmost of dignity. It is our honour and gratitude that we were referred to such competent, dedicated individuals that are now a part of our family...our never-ending gratitude to each and everyone we had the pleasure of encountering today..many thanks!!
