The time between the appt and actually see the dr is too long. My time is just as valuable as yours, so figure out how to schedule your appts better at the Orlean office. I am a patient who also have to time limits for appt not a whole afternoon waiting. You need better info for your check-in desk, that was poor also at the Orlean office.
