Dr Grinshteyn is one in a million. His philosophy is not to tell you that you do not have an issue but to find out why you have an issue. I've been burdened with years of undiagnosed ailments. I was told I had fibromyalgia. After a few months with Dr Grinshteyn he found several major maladies. He is a great diagnostic doctor with a fantastic bedside matter. He actually cares about you.

My daughter started seeing this doctor in 2022. She has an autoimmune disease and is severely anemic. She was put through testing and was told by this doctor that he did not think that her sickness was autoimmune but that it could be cancer and that further testing was needed. A care plan was started in May but was not followed through as the doctor stopped communicating and you could not get anyone to answer phones at his office since August/September 2022. That was before Hurricane Ian. After the hurricane NOTHING! Office Closed! We searched online and the number we found sent us to the Millennium Physician Group. We called them and were informed that all of her records were sent there by Dr Grinshteyn's office but that he now practices in Ft Myers and sees only Medicare patients. Oh, and she cannot have or see those records! WHAT!? Something is not right here!

Dr Grinshteyn was our family dr for over a year. He also talked me into having him manage my mothers type 1 diabetes instead of getting an endocrinologist. All was well until the hurricane. He had to switch offices and went to Millineum. Our first visit at the new office we were told he quit and moved to Fort Myers and is only seeing Medicare patirnts. His partner told us his moved was planned for quite some time. He up and quit without sending any referrals or giving patients any notice. How unprofessional! Now the new office refuses to send out any referrals or medical records so we are hanging in limbo and paying out of pocket for my mothers life saving meds. No one at Millineum cares and aparantly neither does Dr G. Very sad and frustrating

Dr. Grinshteyn, his assistant, Brandon, and staff, were all very personable, thorough, patient and professional. It was a "pleasure" to go to the doctor and I've never been able to say that before.
