Susan Williams's Online Review Report Card

Kind and caring when speaking with children. Needs work on the records side. Had a 40 minute conversation with the front desk explaining that I needed a copy of the physicals for camp that I'd pick up later. It would not sink in. I asked them to sign two single pieces of paper for my son's Boy Scout camp and they charged $5 each. Weird that you'd pay for a signature to sign off on a healthy exam that you already paid for, but can't get a record of. Update: Went back for signatures on sports physical forms this time and they had them ready to pick up and did not charge for them. Maybe the first time was just an oil and water situation with that staff member, I will continue to use them and update if needed.update: When we got the physicals in the mail for two of the three kids the shot records weren't with them. We called to get them as they're needed for collegiate school (not in the FL health records system and camp) we have records from the last Dr just not the updated ones from the shots they got here. They were prompt to send them over them billed us $15. We are done with this place. Our last Dr gave you a copy of the updated physical and shot records after each physical or shot. None of this begging, partial forms and paying over and over again for the parts of the same appointment records that they did not provide. Lost three patients over this now.

All they want is money. Never treat children on the first visit. Say.. let’s wait it out and see what happens! So let’s let them get sicker, more loss of school and work.. ER and urgent care visits are needed due to their lack of care.

Susan William's is amazing. My daughter was just diagnosed with SVT and is had a check up with Susan after getting out of the hospital. She explained everything to my 11 year old. She listens to the parents and the patients. I've had a lot of experience with doctors and I'm so glad we found Dr William's when we moved here. What an amazing doctor !!! UPDATE: As you can see I've been taking my daughter here almost 4 years. I left her office due to she totally ignored my daughter's complaints about being dizzy. We scheduled several visits just for this problem. Dr William's did absolutely nothing over 4 years to find put what was going on. Finally I switched her to my doctor. 6 months later after several tests including an ear nose and throat Doctor. We now have a diagnosis. I want to take back that she listens.seems like ever since I wrote this first review she didn't listen anymore. Glad I switched doctors! I've been bring

Miss Emmy is amazing, and the staff there is always incredibly nice, understanding and caring for our little guy. They deal with all of our stupid questions with grace and are just generally awesome. Glad we found this place!

My husband took our 14 yr old to Dr Williams for the first time today - he worked in the medical field for 26 years and can sometimes be very critical of others in the field, but he LOVED Dr. Williams! He went on and on about how wonderful she is and how he likes her so much better than other pediatricians we've had in the past! Win win!!!

She is amazing person we love her, we will Highly recommended her.

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor. I feel very blessed to have her as my grandchildren doctor. Everyone in her office is excellent too.

Dr Williams has been our son's pediatrician since we moved here 14 years ago. We could not have asked for a better doctor and now that he is turning 18 we are sad to have to find someone else. We wish all the best to Dr. Williams and all of her staff!! Thank you for everything!!
