List of Terence Connelly's Reviews
Not attentive to verbal communication with patients. Passing patients onto other office staff.
Like another reviewer I believe the doctor to be very competent however the office staff is horrible. I have waited 16 business days for a simple faxed form from Connelly’s office to my orthopedic surgeons office. It is a necessary release for orthopedic surgery and I need it just to get on the surgeons schedule which is hard to do. From Connelly’s staff no return calls no faxes as requested no apologies but lots of excuses. There is no excuse for this kind of customer service and by the way patients are customers
The Doctor is Excellent. Appointments are excellent. The problem is MAKING ONE. This staff does NOT like to answer the phone and the Mailbox for Courtney dont bother to leave a message because they NEVER call back. Unless you FINALLY get someone on the phone took me TWO DAYS of dialing over and over you will not get an appointment. Its a shame since the Dr Connelly is AWESOME but the desk staff is so negligent. There is NO excuse not to answer the phone other than lack of interest in the job.
I have called Dr. Commelleys nurse twice and never get call back this is not first time one time I actually went to the office when I didnt get a call back
Dr Connelly did a great job He made me perfect again . 2 stents and more Thanks doc
Went to him with heart failure..... its been three months and Im no longer in heart failure. He was able to improve the function of my heart without even having to cut into me. He solved everything with the use of drugs. Very professional and knew what to do.
My daughter was treated by him for aortic insufficiency and edema. He took a look at her records from a teaching hospital and said he didnt feel she needed surgery to correct the insufficiency. Her feet and leg were swollen and we had to practically beg him for a diuretic. He finally prescribed a mild one but neglected to give her a potassium supplement. When she was admitted to the ER several months later with CHF acute bronchitis and severe edema it was discovered that her potassium level was depleted. To say the least we were not impressed. We had heard good things about this group but now Im not certain Id see any of them.
Knows what he is doing and does it well. Applies his art in an extremely professional and matter of fact manner. Is not the greatest conversationalist... so if ya care to chit chat go to a bar.100% satisfied with the entire practice... Physicians PA Nursing and staff.
I usually size professionals up very quickly and am accurate in my evaluation though Ive tried backing off of that. Well this doctor reaffired how accurate I am as he immediately rubbed me VERY MUCH the wrong way. AWFUL He was extremely cold and unfriendly for some reason felt it necessary to be vocally critial of areas of my health and health care that were not pertinent to why I was seeing him and quite frankly none of his business. Especially seeing a professional in this field with issues relating to this field I want a doctor who is professional prepared caring and makes me feel comfortable. I did NOT feel comfortable whatsoever. His staff seemed clueless and they didnt have some of the paperwork needed for me to even set foot in the office. Both when they intially called me to make the appointment and once in the office I was made to feel like a burden and a distraction from their paperwork or whatever else it was they were doing. Id like to think that the other physicians in this office are a step up given the size and appealing appearance of the facility but I would not return under any circumstance.
Took an elderly friend for Pacer check. The wait was so long I left to do an errand. Returned in an hour to find him in the same chair I left him in...ASLEEP and ignored. Took close to TWO HOURS to be seen...OFF SEASON

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
