Called to make a new patient appointment in August. Was asked what health insurance I had, (my insurance is through one of the major insurance companies and in network) was told to call back in one month as they were going through some health insurance changes. Called back today to try and make an appointment asked again what health insurance I have (still the same insurance, still listed as in network) Was told she only accepts Medicare. Healthcare in Florida really is something. Wow.

Originally I thought Dr. Tatyana Metyk was caring. She's actually not. No one EVER answers phones or calls in your refills. Plus she abruptly took me off an important medication without even tapering me down so I've been sick. Will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Dr. Tanya IS a great Doc caring for both my wife and me . They are a great group of people offering excellent care and follow up . When necessary they will refer you to a specialist . Her new location at 2811 Tamiami Trail is very convienent

Dr Tetanya Metyk is by far one of a kind. Always gives of her time without hesitation. She never says no to my requesting an appointment or to answer questions over the phone. I recently relocated to Florida from NJ and finding Dr Metyk was the best thing that could have happened to me. Pleasant and knowledgeable to say the very least.

Great doctor and great staff!! No waiting (well, she called me in exactly at the time of my appointment). Easy to talk to, and she took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed. Can't help but say it again, Great Doctor and great staff!!
