List of Usha Nandigam's Reviews
Dr.Usha cares, she helps me keep my health on track and improve it. Angela her nurse is very nice too and very helpful and they both are fun to be around. Makes going to the doctors more pleasant
Dr Usha is a wonderful Dr, has always been there for me. i have been seeing her for about 15 years her referrals have been spot on. very thorough and has always treated me like family. Her staff as well. Wonderful Dr and wonderful staff i highly recommend her.she truly cares
I went to Dr. Usha for my yearly check up since she is my primary care. I told her about my condition that I have an AFIB, and I am taking Multaq to control my Afib but this meds doesn't help. My cardiologist at that time was Dr. Hotchkiss. After knowing my symptoms she immediately knew that I do have hyperthyroidism. She ordered a bloodwork and her diagnosis was correct when the result came. If not because of Dr. Usha my Afib was not controlled and I could have done a procedure (ordered by Dr. Hotchkiss) that was not needed. Dr. Usha is my lifesaver.
Terrible doctor my mom had leg problems is handicap they made her go on a treadmill for a stress test she said she couldn't walk they made her do it she fell hurt herself and dr said too bad it was not his problem
As always, Dr Usha saw to my medical needs and explained everything to me with out pushing medications at me to remedy my medical situation which was caused by dehydration. I wish she had an email so that I could advise her that since I saw he a few weeks ago I had to be tested for Covid-19 due to not being in direct contact with the person but for having to have sat in a chair that she did. My results from CVS ...negative. CVS has a wonderful program for testing.
One of the Best Primary Care Doctors! Very thorough and efficient.
Dr Usha Nandagam is a kind person, but in my 13 years of being a patient, I’ve never had an exam, she only prescribed medications. When I couldn’t get rid of GERD, she told me to take more Nexium. I recently learned you shouldn’t take that long term, and she’s had me on it for 13 years, and when I said it wasn’t helping, she suggested I take two. For years, she said my thyroid was fine. Thankfully, a nurse practitioner I saw while she was on vacation, suggested I see another Dr during a hospital stay, and he found I had thyroid cancer. She had me on many medications, my new dr has me on 2 medications. As I said, she’s a kind person, but a pill pusher. I’d be interested to hear if anyone of her patients has ever had an actual exam. When we had our records sent to our new Dr, we received a call from her receptionist, letting us know if we leave, we can never go back to her. Well there’s certainly no worries about that.
This Dr. does not particularly care about patients. Does not spend quality time only likes to spend minimum time in and out to make that quick dollar. She actually complained about having to do paperwork that was highly recommended from other doctors to receive a needed scooter. We actually had to beg for her to do paperwork which is part of her job anyways, after several attempts and several other dr requests she claims she will do it, we will see. She is also known to forget about her patients medical needs when she leaves to go on her vacation. My mother in law had to leave several attempts to a calling agency at her office while she was gone to try and get her needed medication which was supposed to be refilled prior her leave as it wasn't she left town to her country forgetting to refill scripts and had to do without until she returned. Not exactly a caring doctor. Visit at your own risk and expence.

She takes her time with you, she will talk with you about any concerns, very knowledgeable. I have finally found a doctor that really takes care of me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
