The service on the phone is pathetic! I am a new patient! The fact that you have to wait for 2hrs for a nurse to call you back is ludicrous when dealing with a sick toddler!!! Not only that, I have had my calls dropped! Left messages for the nurse and nobody called me back, I took my kid to the walk-in twice! Because the first time they told me not to worry about the fever!!!! And the second because they couldn’t see her!!!! When it comes to sick children, providers have to be on top of it!!!! I don’t feel like my children are a priority to them! Needless to say if I don’t receive better care for my children, I will be changing pediatricians!!!!!!!! On a side note, we saw nurse Ashely today and she was wonderful with my little girl! That’s the only reason I will give this office another chance!
This is the Best Pulmonologist Office Ever.. Dr. Wei is incredibly intelligent and caring. His office manager Debi is absolutely the Most Caring Kind Compassionate Person I have ever met. I get great care from the entire office. I would suggest anyone who could use the service they offer including sleep apnea.. Call them you will be thankful.
Dr Liou is so kind and very reassuring to new parents!
This has been my daughter’s pediatrician since 2014 - Just recently my daughter got an abscess that cause cellulitis in her entire left side of her face and neck. Called the office to express my concerns, was told by the nurse “Not to worry about it it will go away on its own”. WRONG (abscess or cellulitis dont just go away - they can KILL YOU) 2 days later - i decided not to listen to the nurse as it only got worse not better. Long story short - she ended up needing a high dose of antibiotics & an emergency surgery. That her pediatrician failed to even look at and could have killed my child. WILL NEVER RETURN AS A PATIENT.
Refused to allow me to pay out of pocket to have a physical done for my son for school enrollment because I wasn’t planning on keeping him there. We already have a pediatrician but they had no available appointments in time for school enrollment. Now I remember why I took my child out of their care when he was a baby. These people are trash.
This place is great. From the front office, to billing, to the nurses right through to the providers. They handled this Covid crisis with ease and still are. I’ve seen some people act so out of context around there, but the staff handles it all with ease. And some people can be rude. Been only going there for a couple years, and would recommend to anyone.
Ive been coming here for 7 years with my kids and i have ZERO complaints! They are always accommodating and any time my kids are sick they ALWAYS get them in. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! And as a medical assistant myself it is beautifully run and all the staff are always so nice and pleasing! If your looking for a new pediatric clinic for your kids i would 1,000% recommend this practice!
El dr. Benjamin se porto muy brusco al atender a mi niña, parece como si le molestó atenderla.
Dr Liou is compassionate and caring. He comes in and talks to you never rushed out. He’s the only one who could diagnose Kawasaki in my grandson. Awesome Dr
Dr. Helgemo has been both of my daughters pediatrician for over 14 years now. He came to the hospital the day they both were born. He and his staff ALWAYS fit us in, should their be an urgent issue. Also, Dr. Ben always takes his time with the girls and his medical staff truly know how to ease both parents and the kiddos during exams and procedures. The cool/sad part (sad that my girls are getting older..lol) is that he understands how being their doctor has changed over the years as they are becoming teenagers. He asks them to answer his questions and it’s been great to see his interactions change with my girls as they have matured over the years. We appreciate everyone at his amazing practice! Thanks Dr. Ben and staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
