I had never met Dr. Hearn until the morning of my procedure. He was absolutely wonderful, caring, and thorough. His candid and unbiased explanation of the procedure I was about to undertake was extraordinary. I chose not to go ahead with the procedure. I will be forever grateful for his support in my decision. Too bad my PCP who ordered this procedure failed to take the time to have a conversation with me like Dr. Hearn did. It would have saved me a lot of time and far less stress. Thank you Dr. Hearn!
