Dr. Pasternak is the best. He is very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. You may have to wait a little bit but try to make an early morning appointment. The lab is located in the same office so it’s very convenient if you need blood work done. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.

I saw Dr. Pasternak for my yearly physical exam this spring. He was easy to talk to about my medical concerns and was genuinely interested in helping to relieve them. He was thorough and kind. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

My husband went in for a ear infection and the Dr told him to get foot fungal drop to put in his ear. It didn't work. We went to another Dr. And she was shocked that he was told to do that. Also we can never get the office to call us back with simple requests.. we are switching Doctors

I waited 2 months to finally see this doctor. According to his background he's family medicine; stated he could treat my conditions!!! Dr. Pasternack is over booked, wait times are ridiculous and office staff are rude!!! Now making me wait 1 month after blood results!!! To add insult to injury the staff is insulting to your religious beliefs!!! At reception; "A MINISTRY TO CHRIST"!!! On who's authority!!! I should have listened to the reviews about sending every patient to specialist!!! As a patient I have rights to good health care!!! Once again I am letting this PCP GO and finding someone else...

This Dr is a nice guy, if you actually get to see him. Nice, however, doesn't equal thorough care. I'd settle for adequacy at this point, but I don't think that's going to happen, either. The staff is not so great. Have given me bad info on a few occasions. I showed up for an appt I had scheduled for 6 months and they basically told me he was running too far behind to see me & I had to reschedule. I rescheduled, and still ended up waiting over an hour to see him when only 1 other patient was there. This used to be the Karakossian Dr's office. They up and abandoned everyone. I should have known not to try anymore docs at this advent health practice location.

After looking for a doctors office for a long while being told by many offices that they weren’t taking clients we found Dr. Pasternak. We scheduled an appointment and went in and was blown away at how through he is. Great attention to detail and really listened to my issues. Prescribed medication and out the door. Would highly recommend him as a primary care doctor!

Terrible experience. Dismissed my husband back pain, prescribed a bunch of meds, didn’t listen to med history. Turn out to be a serious kidney infection. Reported Dr to AdventHealth health, never followed up.
