. IF YOU WANT QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE, PATIENT CARE I'D SUGGEST DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS GROUP OF SURGEONS. THEY PASS THE BUCK ON ANY AND ALL COMPROMISING HEALTH ISSUES AFTER SURGERY. THEIR OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE, THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SMART A** ANSWER IF YOU CAN EVEN GET AHOLD OF THEM VIA PHONE. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE SURGERIES FROM THIS GROUP AND EVERY ONE OF THEM RESULTED IN ANOTHER MEDICAL ISSUE CAUSED BY THESE DRS. BUT REFUSED TO TREAT WHAT THEY CAUSED. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, VALUE YOUR HEALTH, ABSOLUTELY FIND ANOTHER GI GROUP TO HELP YOUR NEEDS. IF I COULD GIVE A -5 RATING I WOULD.... WORST GROUP OF DRS CARE I'VE EVER RECEIVED.

Dr. Ritter treated my husband who was diagnosed with rectal cancer and all of the medical problems after - which were many. His nurse Chrissy was wonderful. His staff treated us like family and addressed any medical issues promptly or brought us in immediately to see Dr. Ritter. He saved my husband’s life. We have been told by many medical professionals that he is the best in his field. Would highly recommend him. 😊

Permanently disabled me. Been dealing with the negative effects of multiple failed surgeries for over a decade now. Dr. Ritter also talked smack about my family, who was in the waiting room and just concerned for my well-being, while I was in the OR awaiting a procedure. Not at all impressed with ability or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr. Ritter is an excellent: specialist who has saved my life twice and now my mom and dad go there because he does far more then diagnose. He has to be one of the best doctors I've ever had in my life and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

One of the worst physicians I've ever seen. Full of himself, non caring and more concerned about $$$$$. Even his staff has a lot of issues with him, they were very vocal about it. I'd never go back to him.......
