I have entrusted my pain management to Dr. Picchiello for three years now. He is a warm, honestly friendly and understanding man who understands peoples pain levels, if told to him in a logical manner. He understands it is not the size of a person, but the extent of their damage. Dr. Picchiello , and his staff have always treated me very very well, as I have experienced pain management before them, which bordered on cold, suspicious & uncaring. If I have to move, I may just need to make the 4 hour drive to continue to see him. I very highly recommend him if you have pain & the paperwork to back it up , naturally as required today.

Was refered to them and they had my appointment for and Wednesday but when I got their it was schedule for a Monday, they changed it instead of saying come back Monday, just to get my money so it's obvious that they are there just to take your money.

Most knowledgeable pain management and physical conditioning physician that I have ever met. I've lived all around the US, from Seattle to New York and have maintained a very active lifestyle. I am now in my mid 60's so finding competent care is increasingly critical. Getting referred to Dr. Picchiello handled that concern when he gave me the best general exam that I have had since moving back to Florida 30 years ago. From current range of motion, limitations due to past injuries, and my personal goals for physical conditioning his probing interview, and hands-on exam technique (something surprisingly rare even for pain specialists!) convinced me I had found a doctor who could not only "keep up with me" but by my second appointment he had answered several questions that I didn't even know I had! His office staff is way above average in every way- very competent, efficient, with as much personality as you could ask for in a professional setting. Folks, if you are serious about either maintaining or improving your health, and you are willing to take your doctor as serious as you expect him to take you, then I think you will agree with me that Dr. Picchiello is a doctor that you can keep for life. and isn't that really what going to a personal health care professional all about?

By far the most compassionate caring Dr I've ever met. Not to mention a wonderful human being. Find it extremely unfair that he was used as an example by these conservative dimwits that think they're winning the so called war on drugs. There's more RX drugs on the street ever. They just cost more money and we all know all the major pharmaceutical companies are the ones backing these same conservative dimwits. Instead of going after the real criminals aka politicians and feds, let's attack a caring compassionate physician that actually treats his patients with dignity respect and true concern. All the while knowing that every RX here wrote would bring attention to his practice. The fact is there are thousands of us out there that can't get out of bed, shower, make meal, or even make it to the bathroom for that matter without our medication. All that was accomplished here is more suicide from debilitating depression , more overdoses of people buying drugs on the streets, and more money put in every street corner drugb dealer. A Dr should not be held responsible for a person's choice to commit suicide. One suicide due to mental or hundreds of suicides due to depression caused by chronic pain and chronic or terminal illness. You tell me how many more should suffer. Pam Bond's and all your conservative pals being paid by pharmaceutical companies... You're all a bunch of lying pathetic heartless pieces of dirt and should be ashamed of yourselves.
