I could not be happier with Dr. Royce and her entire staff including Rachel. They are extremely professional, caring, and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Dr. Royce has been treating my entire family and we are grateful for her! Hands down the best Dr. and staff!!

Dr. Royce is outstanding. She takes time to listen, explain and recommend treatments that she feels would be beneficial. She has helped me with a condition that I have had for a long time without relief. I am more that grateful to have found her. I feel that I now , have hope for a future without constant eye irritation. Along with all that, she is so easy and comfortable to talk with. During my procedure I was in a room for about half an hour with one of her assistants. This young lady, Rachel T., was so pleasant also. She helped make the passing of time there enjoyable with her sweet, caring personality.

Scheduled routine eye exam for myself and husband. Routine eye exam ended up costing us over $300. They insisted we pay before we leave even though we told them we have Cigna insurance and they claimed that once they get reimbursed from Cigna then they would reimburse us so we are out over $300 for a "routine" exams.
