Dr Williamson took the time ask what my priorities were and what overall outcome we could achieve. I was very impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. I had pre-approval for multiple procedures but Dr Williamsom performed only the procedures which benefitted me the most. The team at the surgery center and his office were kind and informative. Had 2 complete knee replacements in 2020, June and October. Started playing golf again in late November. Am now playing as well as before my knees began to interfere. I am 81 and shoot under my age regularly again without even a thought about my knees. Dr. Williamson is a meticulous surgeon, and my outcomes could not be better. If you're looking for a Doc that's "touchy-feely" and/or one that goes to great lengths to understand your individual needs and feelings, he may not be your man. He will listen and understand, but he's not loquacious. If you're looking for a good outcome, he's as good as they get.

The care and expertise that I received from Dr Williamson was superb! His staff were very professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I will gladly recommend him as an excellent orthopedic surgeon!

I had an exceptional experience with both Dr. Williamson and his staff. They were courteous and prompt at ever appointment. Dr. Williamson did a great job explaining my options and providing helpful information. He performed a total knee using the Stryker Mako robot and my recovery was incredible. I was back on my bike five weeks post-op and now at 10 weeks I am fully recovered. I have scheduled my other knee for a Makoplasty in October. I highly recommend Dr. Williamson and would encourage anyone seeking knee surgery to investigate robotic surgery.

Dr. Williamson is a soft spoken, compassionate, considerate, doctor and a gentlemen. Unfortunately, his staff is quite the opposite. In addition to being incompetent, they are rude, inconsiderate , arrogant, curt, etc, etc. When I arrived for my 9AM appointment I was told my appointment wasn't until 1PM, but I could wait and get fit in. I knew my appointment was at 9AM, but rather than debate it with the arrogant receptionist I decided to wait. I waited 30 minutes, but had to leave. When I asked the receptionist to reschedule she got angry with me. Really ? It was her error not mine, but again to avoid conflict I just asked politely to reschedule. ( I saved the appointment card showing the correct time ) When I returned for the rescheduled visit, I finally got to speak with Dr. Williamson. While we were in his examination room reviewing my MRI results two of his staff came in, interrupted his diagnosis of my problem, and "escorted" him down the hall. I was stunned. Is everyone here so rude and insensitive? I went to the receptionist to ask for another appointment, but she was reluctant to schedule one for me. Then another of his staff came over and told me that if I want another appointment I should go home and call. I had enough, and just left. I discussed this with a friend who told me that he wasn't at all surprised at their rude behavior. Why? I asked. He told me he tried to get a visit with Dr. Williamson, but after explaining his symptoms to the receptionist, SHE told him he had a neck problem and Dr.Williamson doesn't do necks. Really? A receptionist who can't keep her appointment book straight, but can diagnose orthopedic problems over the phone. I would encourage Dr. Williamson to hire staff that reflects his demeanor. It is most unfortunate that his patients have to tolerate quite the opposite when interfacing with his staff.

Repaired torn bicep tendon, carpal tunnel both hands. He also did my wife’s total knee replacement. In 2019 he’s going to do my right shoulder. He’s one of the most personal doctors I’ve ever met. He listens and understands and meets the needs of the patient. His staff is just as professional as he is. It’s one of the best medical facilities I’ve ever been to. Best of all your not a number.
