I've been using hearing amplifiers for yrs from Amazon, not happy with most of them. Went into the Port Richey, office, talked to Scott Smith at length, found him to be a very helpful, competent and professional audiologist, answered all my questions, did the exam, and ordered me just what I needed. After wearing the behind the ear model, I thought I might like the in the ear type, and after telling Scott that, he promptly ordered them and I ended up buying them also. I switch back and forth, depending on my activity for the day. When on my boat, taking sun glasses off and on, I wear the in the ear model. Otherwise, it's behind the ear. I'm really happy with the my hearing aides and the excellent service

Nobody can find a body aid. Hearing aid for me. With a bone. Conduction I don't know why they stop making them.

When your children, friends, and life's work have all gone, you yearn more than ever before to be heard and to hear others. Yet this is the stage of life when you feel isolated, lonely, and valueless. At Audibel Hearing Center in Port Richey, They not only helped me hear and understand again, they made me feel valued and worthy. They built a wonderful, trusting relationship with me full of love and laughter. They are my friends and my family now!

From my experience and opinion I was impressed by the way I was welcomed into a very clean office by a very friendly receptionist. I then met Scott Smith H.A.S. Hearing Aid Specialist he immediately made me comfortable and told me about Audible and his background in the field. Let me interject something wearing hearing aid for over 20 yrs.I am very familia with Audible and other products. Scott put me through a complete and thorough examination. We then spent much time with questions & answers with me and my wife. He is committed to doing his best he can do under the server hearing loses I have. At this point we are moving forward by purchasing a New Pair of ARC A1 2400 hearing aids on a 45 day trial bases. To sum things up I'm very pleased .

Scott was great ! He repaired my broken hearing aid and checked the other one he then set my phone and made sure it was correctly connected. They are now working perfectly.
