I had a fantastic experience at Care One walk-in clinic. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The nurses and doctors were attentive, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Care One for their outstanding service and friendly staff. It’s a place where your health and well-being truly matter!

Went to CARE ONE the day after trying a well known local competitor the previous day. What a night and day difference. Provider Jackie actually listened to me, asked questions, and was quick to help by writing several prescriptions which helped immensely. The staff LeLe, Chanel, and Valisha were friendly, courteous and professional. If or when the need arises again they will get my business.

My visit to Care One on 9/20/23 was very disappointing. I could've accomplished as much staying home on the couch and using Google I had some medical issues involving sores and bites that turns into lesions on my scalp and on my legs. And a couple other things that I don't want to discuss in a review, I left with a reference to buy tea tree shampoo. It took the medical professional five minutes to go out and Google what I could've done at home. I was really very disappointed that I even left my house or bothered to go their. on previous visits my concerns were addressed and they did their best to help me. especially since I recently moved here and don't have a primary care doctor on this occasion, I saw a Dr. Brown I had never seen him before and I don't ever plan on seeing him again he was not concerned nor even cared to read what i had written as the reasons i was their. it was like going to the ER all over again where they do test so they can charge your insurance company but you leave with no results. I'm sincerely disappointed but maybe they didn't want me to come anymore so I won't be returning again.

All three staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner gave me more information than my urologist ever has. I would go there again in a heartbeat. It’s helping reaffirm my faith in the medical profession. Paramedics and nurse practitioners really care about the whole you. I wish I could bring you all to Baltimore!
