Dr. Jaime Kratz Md's Online Review Report Card

My husband has called half a dozen times over the course of several weeks with no response. This is joke, would not recommend any practice who can't pick up the phone or return several voicemails regarding severe allergic reactions. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics. The hospital sent her home. I Googled "Allergist" and found Dr. Kratz. He was a life-saver! They got her in immediately. There was very little wait to be seen, including on follow-ups. The staff was extremely friendly. But I have to say, I have never experienced a doctor with such comforting but professional bedside manner. Dr. Kratz exuded care and concern. He was super knowledgeable and truly helped my daughter recover from the incident. I highly recommend Dr. Kratz and his staff.

I’ve been going to Kratz Allergy for many years and it’s made a tremendous difference. However, Nick told me about Dupixant last December. We began the treatments in January and I was happy with the results. This fall, for the first time in my life, I didn’t have severe asthma and allergy symptoms. I think I know what people without allergies feel like now! Thank you Nick for changing my life! I would recommend Kratz Allergy, and have, to anyone that suffers from asthma and allergies. Thank you Nick for all you’ve done for me.

I just saw some of these negative reviews and have to counter with Jaime Kratz is one of the kindest and most patient docs I have met in our area. He genuinely cares about patients. I have known him over 13 years and am completely surprised by some of these reviews. I have seen him spend lots of time with some very difficult patients and once told him that I would not have his patience level.

Dr. Kratz is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to explain things and listens to what is going on for his patients. I highly recommend.

Nick Demallis, ARNP has saved our 7 year old sons quality of LIFE! We as a family have been dealing with our son's constant state of full blown Eczema for the past 4 years. We have taken him to numerous doctors in the past with absolutely no results. They would just prescribed him creams, and tell me that this is something he will just always have to live with. About a year ago we found Nick. He was very diligent in taking all of the steps necessary to find a solution for him. As skeptical as I was, he was very positive that we would find a way to fix his situation. He indeed has surpassed any expectation that I had. Our son has beautiful skin, and he no longer has sleepless nights, bloody sores, or uncontrollably itching constant symptoms. I highly recommended him, and his gracious staff. You will be greeted by Courtney at the front desk who is helpful, and sweet always. Joe often checks us into a room, and is very good with kids. Our nurses Michelle, Sandy, and Laura have always been so supportive of our son, and treat him so kindly. They have truly been angels. When you check out you will be dismissed by Debbie who gives him a sticker and sets up our next appointment, she is also very kind. Each and every one of then has been a part in this solution for our son with smiling faces and warm hearts. We as parents will be forever grateful for this team of healers. Thank you for giving our son a new life, free of symtoms. As a parent it can be very difficult and stressful to watch your child struggle through a chronic daily condition. They gave me hope every visit, and would not stop until he had relief. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, our son has a new life now because of all of you!!!

I can’t find words to express the care and compassion Nick shows to me with every office visit I have. I have struggled with lung issues and an auto immune disease for years and have been treated by well known Doctors in both Colorado and South Carolina and have NEVER received the quality of care that Nick has provided me. I am amazed and so very thankful that at 70 years of age I have been blessed to have found a Doctor that gives me the great care. He won’t stop until I am feeling the best I possibly csn. The difference in my health “Pre-Nick” and now is a miracle. I finally can breath and when I come in for visits, I leave knowing he gave me the best care I could ever get!!!! You have an amazing person in your practice. A True Keeper!!!!!!

I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for NP Nick! Not only is he kind he is so knowledgeable and always makes me feel at ease when I leave there no matter what I feel better after seeing him..Thanks Nick you always look out for me you're the best.

Was referred here by dermatologist after spending nearly a year trying to figure out a rash I had developed since moving to Florida. Scheduling was fairly fats, met with Dr. Kratz and he ordered some tests right away. Initially there were a lot of appointments in a short amount of time but so far huge progress has been made in treating this condition. I feel like i have my life back, and big thanks to Dr. Nick who has been great through this ordeal.
