My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics. The hospital sent her home. I Googled "Allergist" and found Dr. Kratz. He was a life-saver! They got her in immediately. There was very little wait to be seen, including on follow-ups. The staff was extremely friendly. But I have to say, I have never experienced a doctor with such comforting but professional bedside manner. Dr. Kratz exuded care and concern. He was super knowledgeable and truly helped my daughter recover from the incident. I highly recommend Dr. Kratz and his staff.

I just saw some of these negative reviews and have to counter with Jaime Kratz is one of the kindest and most patient docs I have met in our area. He genuinely cares about patients. I have known him over 13 years and am completely surprised by some of these reviews. I have seen him spend lots of time with some very difficult patients and once told him that I would not have his patience level.

My new patient appointment was excellent! Dr. Kratz was very professional. He was also nice and friendly, along with his staff. I’m so happy I found Dr. Kratz! Several people in my community are patient’s of his and had also highly recommended him!

Dr Kratz and his entire staff are top notch!!! I had a cough, nasal drip and earache for over two months, which no one else seemed to be able to diagnose, saying it was just allergies. Had lung scan, chest xray and numerous meds. prescribed by other drs. One visit, and Dr. Kratz figured out I had a sinus and ear infection. 2 days on antibiotic and I was better. Clear after a week. Why couldn't anyone else figure this out?

Dr. Kratz is the nicest and most professional of Allergy/Asthma specialists that I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very dedicated to providing the best solution to your health issues. He has a very caring attitude and listens to everything you say. He will answer all your questions. His office staff is very friendly and calls you back quickly with test results, and appointment reminders. I highly recommended that people with asthma or allergy problems make an appointment with Dr. Kratz.
