This Doctor (Plummer) was aggressive, rude, inattentive, and snapped & raised his voice at me when I asked questions. He looked at his computer the entire time without even turning towards me to speak or acknowledge me. Barely said a word. The staff from front desk to the medical staff in the back, treated me like I was on a conveyor belt. Just a number. This is the absolute worst experience at any doctors office I have ever been to in my 50+ years. Matter of fact, I am still at this Dr. appt writing this review. If I could give a big fat ZERO for this Doctor AND staff, it would still be too good. Rough.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Plummer. He was my PCP for my first approximately 6 years in FL. He was flippant and arrogant.

This Dr. fired me and my wife after 13 years. He claimed we were unreasonably demanding, expecting referral to be made within a week, expecting to wait less than 2 to 3 hours for appointment. Horrible service, unprofessional staff.

Docor plummer is a wonderful Docor. I definitely think he's very good and he does go over everything with me when I go .I trust him with my overall health. The wait time is not to bad . Sometimes its a little longer then other times.

He's not interested in patient care. I've never been more disappointed in a "physician". I had a very real concern. I pushed for a diagnostic test. When I went back for the results, he just said "we don't do anything about that until it's worse". No suggestions, no explanation was given. I wouldn't waste my time with him again.

I went for a "good" physical exam. He lightly jabbed his fingers into my abdomen one time and THAT WAS the physical. He spent the rest of the time trying to figure out his computer. There's plenty more, but I'll just leave it at that. If you are at all concerned about your health, choose a different doctor. 1 star, only because 0 is not an option.

The staff called you house and was rude to me and I'm very offended. Don't have the right information doc was nice in office visit I don't feel comfortable there

Walked into the "walk-In clinic" At 5:25PM, they close at 6PM. Ritchie R. Plummer, DO was the only doctor working. At 5:40PM myself and one other person trying to be seen were turned away stating the doc had a family emergency. But I overheard the receptionist stating she knew the doc "wanted to get out early today". Terrible uncaring service and doctor. My actual Primary doctor is here and I am seriously considering switching now because of Ritchie R. Plummer, DO
