Doctor did intake but left remaining care to APRN despite request to see the physician. Refused to see me personally. Hard time getting referrals to specialists for long term chronic conditions. Left the practice.

Uncaring and unconcerned. Muy Dad went to go see her for his initial visit. He had injured his leg 1.5 weeks prior to his appointment. Saying she was unconcerned is an understatement….even told him “yeah I seen you limping when you got of the car, that’s normal” WHAAATTTT… no ortho referral, no imaging ordered… nothing but a possible calcium build up. This Dr. Is a quack and very dangerous

In the beginning I liked her.. Then she changed and she showed by her actions she didn't care. I broke my ribs and ER said go to primary for pain meds and she wouldn't give them to me. VERY POOR SERVICE. I would NEVER RECCOMEND this doctor. There were other occasions similar things happened showing I wasn't a concern.. I tried to ask her directly and she would give me a direct answer. Only 2 STARS. Do not recommend.. don't waste your time.

I have recently moved my grandfather here and am helping him with his care. I set him up at this office for primary care and everybody has been fantastic. I have spoken personally with Dr Kotak. There staff and nurse went above and beyond and Even provided transportation from his home to them. There is nothing negative I can say, they have been great and I recommend them.

Both Dr. Kotak and ARNP C. Dotson are great physicians who will actually take the time to listen to you. Where some people are looking more for professionalism with their doctors I look for humanism. Someone who will be kind, caring, and take an interest in what I have to say about how I am feeling, not assume they know everything after spending 5 minutes with me and maybe reading a few answers to even fewer questions.

Dr Kotak and the staff are excellent, very friendly and professional medical care. Appointments are on time, no setting around the office waiting! You will have a 100% experience for your total health needs!

Called to make an appointment. Lady who answered was very rude so I hung up. Doesn’t matter who your doctors are if you can’t get past the rude front desk person.

This doctor’s office is so unprofessional. The staff, especially Monica and Cindy seem to be very confused with how their insurance and scheduling work. I would not recommend this doctor’s office because they will cancel referrals that they have already written for you and tell you that you can come in for an appointment when you can’t really because of insurance issues. I wouldn’t trust this office, there are many other PCP in the area and because Dr. Kotak’s Office does not have the concern of their patient’s health as their number one priority.
