The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. The building could use some improvement...old water stains on the walls from leaks? Happy to have this resource for my family's health care.

I have to tell you that Dr. Kathy is amazing, but the office staff. Not so much. I called to make an appmnt and left a message and it was explained to me after calling three different offices to get an actual person on the phone that my office was only open Tuesday and Thursday. Which I could live with if there was another local office open on other days, and if perhaps the lady answering the phone did not have the worst attitude. I understand that might have had a bad day, but she talked down to me, and acted like I it was common knowledge that the New Port Richey was only open on Tuesday and Thursdays. It was never explained to me, or I would have understood why I had to call around to several different offices, to actually get someone on the phone. The office help needs to understand that when people call, sometimes they are in pain, and when they leave a message they are wanting a call back. I was told that they listen to messages when they aren't busy in the office they are currently working in. Basically to make this long story a little shorter, the office staff was more interested in "telling me" then explaining what expectations should be. Where I was allowed to speak without being spoke over, I was trying to ask what the normal call back time was for an office that didn't have staff in it daily. But instead of letting me actually ask a question I was talked down to. The Dr in this office is amazing. I can't rave about her enough. The office staff needs to be a little more understanding.
