This is not a true "Urgent Care" clinic. They should advertise it for what it is...a primary care provider with walkins welcome - if there is room on the schedule. There was no one in the waiting room and they would not see my husband.

This place is a joke. The waiting room was totally empty, but they said they were totally booked. I sat in the parking lot for quite a while trying to call other places, no one came out or went in. They should not be listed as urgent care.

Honestly got tired of them not being able to work with my work schedule. I would tell them I need afternoon appointments. I would still end up with mornings. Honestly, had issues with mainly the dental department. They could hire someone nice to work that desk. Who understands people go through a lot after a father passing. But since my doctor left I have no reason to continue going. I won't be going back period.

Someone recommended I call them because of how friendly and helpful the staff is and all was true. First time in a long time I felt people really cared about you not feeling good. They worked me in on Monday after Veterans Day which I know was probably tough but much needed. Thanks so much!!
