I had several very disappointing experiences with this office. They consistently did the easy thing instead of the right thing. They care more about profits than patients. This practice lacks integrity. The front desk staff is particularly bad. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Webster is very good at what he does. He's personable, explains things well, and is accurate. His front desk staff could be more professional. But overall, his office is run well. Recommended.

I called to make an appt for my 9 year old son who's had glasses for about 5 years. Barbara answered and I asked about getting him contacts. Barbara proceeded to tell me that he was too young, I told her that I asked other offices when getting his glasses and they say the age was around 9 years old. She told me to go to the office that told me that. I asked if she would ask the doctor and she said that that was their policy and I would have to take elsewhere.Called back 3 times she hung up on me
