I had cataract surgery this month with Dt Rana. I had a great experience from the professionalism of the staff to Dr Rana. Dr Rana is a great surgeon. I would definitely recommend Dr Rana for cataract surgery.

El Dr Bustamente es excelente como médico y como persona. En 20 años viviendo en este país es el mejor doctor que he conseguido en todas las especialidades. Lamentablemente en el front desk de la oficina de Fort Pierce hay un empleado que se llama James que es una de las personas más groseras, descortés y falta de respeto que he tratado. Es una lástima que en una oficina con tan buen staff existan personas como el.

Dr. Bustamante and his office Staff are the best! I was confused about my cataract surgery and the choices available. I asked him for a recommendation (best bang for the buck) and it was spot on. My vision is near perfect and I don't need precription glasses. Dr. Bustamante said I may need drug store cheaters for the really small print. I tell my friends I sound like a laundry detergent commercial the whites are whiter and the colores are brighter. Driving at night is a new experience, I can see clearly now! Thank You! P.S. Surgery is a piece of cake, I've had haircuts that took longer.

Dr. Bustamante’s office is one, if not one of the best doctor’s offices that I have been to in my life. Not only was he himself patient and understanding, but his staff was welcoming and accommodating. The excellent customer service I received from the staff was not even comparable to any other doctor ‘s offices I that I have been to in Port St. Lucie. I showed up to an appointment at the incorrect location, Port St. Lucie West, in error, and the front desk ladies were sympathetic and called the correct location to confirm they could still take me. When I arrived at the second office located , off US 1,the staff was welcoming and upbeat. Dr. Bustamante spent more time explaining the options and showed phenomenal care to me as a patient. Thank you, St. Lucie Eye!

Very unorganized, after waiting for 45 minutes I was told my info was incorrect in their. Computer.

I second the other reviewer about the dishonest nature of their business conduct. Staff also emphatically insist you wear a mask while they lazily don their own around their chins, and repeatedly remove them within six feet of customers. Erratic in business and behavior. Steer clear.

Went in to see if they could replace nose pad on my glasses was told to sign in after 20 minutes waiting they took 2 walk-ins in front of me didn’t have them to sign in. 9 employees standing around talking no one offered to assist me. Rude

I can’t say enough kind things about this location, especially Laura. She gave me the most attentive, informative AND efficient caring service. I’ve never purchased rx sunglasses let alone a pair of Costa and she helped make sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew I was her next priority after she patiently helped a lady who didn’t know what coverage she had or where she could go. She has a big heart and surprised me early with both pairs of glasses and got the better lenses I really needed but didn’t know even existed at first. I had ended up in ICU on a vent from a medical procedure mishap after our initial visit. Having miraculously survived, Laura gave me a blessing/surprise with her happy call and was genuinely concerned and thankful when I let her know what had happened and why her kind way and surprise made my day. What good heart and service. Thank you Laura and team!!!!!

It's always something with this place. First you have to wait an extremely long time to be seen. My first visit I had to wait over an hour today it was 30mins...Then they want to force you to have a procedure and when you decline its the ole...insurance won't cover you then. I fell for that the first time. Was miserable and said not again. AND I did confirm with the insurance company the procedure was not mandatory for my visit. They will just charge them more if i have it. They don't know the policies and procedures and just talk out the sides of their mouth to the patients. VSP is a common plan most employers have....nationwide. There's no reason they don't know how the plan works or take the time before they make comments. Maybe they didn't think I hadn't heard them today but instead of watching YouTube videos, laughing about how to cheat the time clock and shooting the breeze they should become more familiar with policy. I gave this place a second chance after the first HORRIBLE experience and they failed again. I'd rather give my money to a family practice who will value my presence and time. I would NOT recommend this place.
