List of Allen Seeger's Reviews
My husband has been having some high PSA'S in the last six months and was given an appointment with Dr. Seeger. I have dealt with Dr. Seeger in the past, with my father. He was given an order for an MRI, which he had done. Unfortunately, trying to get anyone in his office to call us back is a nightmare! All you get is an animated message with a promise of a callback, which never comes. I am now looking for another Urologist to go over the test results, as we are getting no where with his office. When you are talking about the possibility of having prostate cancer, you do not want to talk to an answering machine. Unfortunate.
Very personal, takes time to explain and makes you feel comfortable. Hope he never retires.
When I finally got an appointment, I felt rushed. When I needed a follow up, no one has called back after 3 weeks. Their automated system says we will return your call in 2 hours. Well her it is 3 weeks later & no call. No one ever answers the phone which is very frustrating. I wonder if the Dr know the return times for phone calls is weeks ?
I became Dr. Seeger's patient when I was admitted to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center for a kidney infection and large, painful kidney stone. I saw him twice - once to consult and again shortly before he performed a procedure to treat the stone. He gave me his card and told me to call his office week or so after discharge to schedule a follow-up appointment and a second procedure. I was discharged 2 weeks ago and have left half a dozen messages with his office voicemail but have yet to receive a call back. My daughter called and left 2 messages and never received a response either. He may be a good doctor when you'rea patient in the hospital, but what does it matter, if he and his staff abandon you once you leave the hospital? I'd give his staff ZERO stars if I could, because answering the phone and returning patient calls is the absolute minimum to be able to call yourself an employee, and they did neither.
Had a Euro Lyft done and it does not work. Painful and lots of bleeding for a week, should of done more research on choosing a doctor.
He explained my problem very clearly and discussed the advantages & disadvantages of the various treatments for it. I'm going to ask him to do the surgery.
Dr. Seeger seemed like a nice doctor, but his staff was horrible; I had requested Dr. Seeger to fill out FMLA documentation that my job required stating medical necessity. Seeger filled it out, and his staff sat on it for 2 weeks. I didn't find out that they had not turned it in until the company I was working for's hr department contacted me asked if I was quitting when confronted. The staff made excuses about not having my phone number despite having called me multiple times prior. Later the same staff instructed me in preparation for surgery with Dr. Seeger to discontinue taking medications I take daily, then canceled said surgery because I followed their instructions. Further compounding the problem by refusing to refund $400.00 for that surgery that never happened and that they canceled. My personal interactions with Dr. Seeger were fine, and he was professional, but and it's big, but his staff is both unprofessional and unethical. Those failings have cost me *Buyer Beware*

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
