Dr. Suarez is in my opinion an unethical and mentally unbalanced doctor who has misrepresented my medical information making it impossible for me to refill a much needed prescription. she lies and enters intentionally incorrect data into her computer. She rescheduled appointments on more than one occasion and rarely returns phone calls even those marked urgent. Being a patient of hers has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was admitted to the ER twice since the pharmacy would not fill my prescription due to her negligence. Doctors are supposed to help patients not make the situation worse. Also masks were not mandatory in the reception area which I found disturbing. The support staff were not very personable. I would advise anyone seeking treatment to avoid this doctor.

Dr. Suarez and her staff are not the best to begin with because they are impersonal and have made numerous mistakes when sending my scripts to the pharmacy in the past. I would either get the wrong script or the pharmacy would not receive it at all. I always needed to make several calls to correct the errors. But things are horrible now because they would not refill one of the prescriptions SHE put me on until I came into the office, even though I ran out of it 2.5 weeks before they could even give me an appointment over a month later. I was told I had to come into the office to see Dr. Suarez because they had no record of ever prescribing the medication (huh??!!? Yet another mistake) even though I had the bottle with her name on it from CVS and her office called CVS to even confirm that Suarez prescribed it to me!! I was told to go to the emergency room If I didn’t feel well while not taking my meds in the meantime, during the PANDEMIC!!! I was told that is their “protocol”. I am now suffering from bad symptoms and have 6 more days to get through until my appointment. I refuse to go to the emergency room and risk getting Covid. When seeing Dr. Suarez in person, it’s a very quick appointment and she basically just types into her computer the whole time while she reads off the typical script to see if you’re suicidal or what not. I will find a new doctor as soon as I get my new insurance plan next month. I went to my last doctor in NJ for 11 years before moving to FL. I am not used to this level of poor treatment and lack of concern. If you want someone who cares, find someone else.
