He is not a good Dr. First impressions were he was till the second visit and he must of never read his notes ,because he knew nothing about why my daughter was in there etc. So she had to repeat it all over. She has many health problems and she needs a Dr that knows her illnesses and not be treated like someone who doesn't know anything. Then she heard them talking about her In the office. Good hearing isn't one of her health problems. I would not take my dog to a vet that didn't care about patients. Why would i let my daughter. All I have to say is think before you choose.

My father received devastating news. The doctor showed very little compassion, and his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, specifically someone by the name of Jenna. When I asked if they had an office manager, Jenna stated that they did not. I requested to speak with Dr. Nelson and never received the common courtesy of a return telephone call. Please find another doctor.

I would not recommend that anyone goes to this office the secretary is terrible she does not follow through on make doing the assignments and then you have to go home and follow up behind her with your insurance company I've been trying to have something done a cat-scan done since the 28th of July and this is the 16th of August and still have not had anything done yet she is very unprofessional on the telephone I would not recommend that anyone goes to this particular Dr
