Great people, appt. was smooth and quick. I received my CPAP prescription but three weeks plus later. Still waiting for the office to complete the needed paperwork I'm tired and tired of my dog having too beat my face nightly to keep me breathing. What do I have to do to get this DME request completed before I die of CHF! kwr

This is why I don't go by reviews. This provider is the worst provider ever. It's scary to see hr has 4.8 rating. Would not recommend him. He is a joke and could care less about his patients.

Dr Upadhyay is fantastic. I love that he takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed. My breathing has improved tremendously thanks to him.

I have been with Dr Upadhyay since 2014.If it were not for him I may not be here today.He has helped me in many ways .He is so passionate in his work.That I AM so thankful to him for each stage that I have had to go through he has lead me in the right direction with the full understanding of the procedure. I first was diagnosed with COPD stage 4which changed my life.But Dr Upadhyay helped me through this with his knowledge and understanding. Than came stage 1 cancer again Dr Upadhyay guided me every step of the way.I would be lost with out him. I am Blessed to be under his care .so to him I owe him more than what words can say. The receptionist that checked me in Ronda was very rude after standing there almost 5 minutes I had to say excuse me I'm hear for a appointment I think she was training someone but she still should have I said I'll be right with you but nothing. But the medical assistant for Dr Upadhyay was excellent I think her name was Cara not she but she was courteous, polite, friendly but the way she call my name when it was time for me to be seen was outstanding I have seen a lot of doctor's hands this medical assistant to GREAT.
