I recently had a procedure done at Blue Water Surgery Center and the entire experience was amazing! The nurses were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there! During pre-op the nurses stayed close and was there to answer any question I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Had a surgery with Dr Paul at Blue Water surgery center last week, some of the most amazing staff and nurses! Facility is beautiful and clean! Thank you to my nurses Karen and Tonya. I was very anxious as this was my first ever surgery, they were sweet, gentle, kind and caring. They explained everything to me before they did it and it helped calm my nerves so much. Highly recommend this place.For all the complainers that there never on time- (worked in the medical field for 5 years) there are many factors that contribute to that, they don’t always have any control over. It usually means that there were complications in a surgery before you or it took longer than they expected, be patient! They are trying and doing their best!Billing- you obviously didn’t read the paper you signed correctly, it tells you that any labs, ekg, anesthesiologist, procedural assistant will be billed separately.I am so thankful for the wonderful experience at Bluewater!

Surgery went fine with no problems. Billing is horrible though. Initially came in and was told 90 dollars with my insurance, which I paid. I got a bill several months later for over 700 dollars that was sent to collections without notice. Tried calling them and left messages several times with their billing department to which they never responded back. So, I made payments to them...finally reached someone who told me I had a zero balance. When I went in to get the paperwork showing a zero balance they told me they misread it and that I actually do owe. So...I made a payment plan directly with them and they said they would pull it out of collections. Guess what...nope. Still in collections a month later! After calling collections to verify I just decided to pay it off in full so it comes off of my credit. Ridiculous people! Never again if I can ever help it.

Had a procedure done at the surgical center everybody was friendly helpful extremely nice my only complaint is they didn’t run on time but that’s a small thing and I would highly recommend a place to anyone

Had procedure in April. I've had a serious infection ever since. Still working on getting rid of it almost 5 months later. Staff was rude, and unprofessional. Do not go here for any procedure if you value your health.

Wonderful experience. The facility was immaculate and the staff (especially Jeff) was phenomenal. They made me feel very comfortable. Hopefully I don't have to have surgery again any time soon, but if I did & had a choice as to location, I'd pick this facility without a doubt.

Our family had a great experience. Staff was wonderful: reception, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. Dr. Richards is the best. We were happy with the surgical process.
