I have been trying to see Dr. C. Presutti and the phone available is another doctor! Need help?!

Dr Presutti is no longer practicing in Florida as he has moved. No notifications, so now I need a prescription refill and I have to be a new patient and can't be seen for at least 4 weeks. I will be out by next week. So they suggest a walk in clinic, where i will have to pay a deductible of $70 because they didn't let their patients know he was leaving.

I used to Love Dr. Presutti his a very good Dr. I actually referred a lot of my family members go there now because of me. But since he moved to this new location it’s very bad I’ve been trying to get an appointment since last year 2020 I called left messages no one called me back . It’s a shame his a great dr . But that’s only if you can get in to see him now I must search for a new Dr. cause I can’t get ahold of anyone in the office

He really listens and cares. I never feel rushed or passed over. I’ve never had such a thorough doctor especially in Florida.

HE is the best Doctor I have every been to see. He is up front, kind and listen to his patient. He always run test on you to make sure, your in good health.

Very thorough doctor. Takes his time with the patient. I like that he is doing extra screening before we come in. Due to this pandemic, we need to take stronger precautions to protect us, his staff, and our families. To others it may be an inconvenience, but I look at it as him caring for our well being. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible! The lady I called said it was fine for me to come in. I have a sinus infection that they would not see me for. I told the lady all my issues and that I was tested for covid and it came up negative. So I get there and they they said they can't see me because I have symptoms. Well then why did you schedule my appointment to begin with!!!!? I waited a week and a half for the appointment too and had to take off work. My parents are patients there and my mom now says they won't be back either because she has had similar issues with the office being incompetent. Please stay away!

Nothing more than a referral service. Doctor doesn't diagnose or treat! Just refers you to specialists. When you need him, he tells you to go to a hospital.

Five stars for dr Presutti. One star for staff that was supposed to send my paperwork for blood test and never did. Had to call the office twice, they said they will send. They didn’t. I had to personally go to his office and get it. Not the first time this happened. Took me hour and a half for a simple blood test because of the staff incompetence. Dr is fabulous thou.
