Delvis Celdran's Online Review Report Card

My dad has Parkinson’s his appt was cancelled and I called to reschedule- this office no longer takes phone calls, the recording didn’t specify that - just leave name and number and they will call back in 24 hours. I called 3 times in three weeks. No response. Went by office and was told wait for cancellation. Also. they don’t take phone calls anymore. So, three weeks of appointments have been done with follow up appointments after that for other patients. Dad fell 6 times in 2 weeks - ended up in hospital who wanted clarification of meds. I was scolded by office staff that I did not leave this on the message. Requesting a callback isn’t good enough. We loved Dr Celdran, not staying with an office that doesn’t take phone calls and treat’s patients this way

The front desk was very rude. My sister had a bad case of Multiple Sclerosis and had been to the emergency room several times and guess what? They could only see her in 4 months. That's the soonest. When I spoke to the doctor he did not care at all. This d.o. does not care all. DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUN FROM THIS OFFICE. THEY ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE MALPRACTICES COMPLAINTS. I AM GLAD I AVOIDED THIS MEDICAL DOCTOR.

The lack of empathy and professionalism from the office staff , most especially the office manager who rudely and abruptly hung up on me, is truly appalling and they should not be in the health care field. As someone who works in healthcare for many years I was calling on my sister’s behalf who was just hospitalized for her condition Dr. Celdran manages to see if her follow up could be made sooner than the 3 months as scheduled prior to her hospitalization. I was very calm in my interaction and the office manager met me with complete hostility and said he doesn’t know what he can do to make me happy and hung up on me when I asked him for his name. Please, for the sake of your loved ones please go to another practice, if you wish to receive any kind of compassionate care. **Update** the office manager’s response to this negative experience is to send my sister, who has been hospitalized due to her condition that is treated by this doctor, a letter of dismissal from the practice. This is indeed something we will look into further from another avenue. Thank you!

The front desk workers and receptionist doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. Their patient have to call repeatedly before calls are returned. The office manager is also rude and disrespectful. The Dr and the nurse are ok, but this staff is very unprofessional.

Very knowledgeable and caring doctor, takes his time to explain and treat his patients. Definitely recommend this Neurologist. The Dr. seems to be very knowledgeable, however his MA, is the most disagreeable, rude individual, who has no regard or respect for her patients, she does not listen your needs, does not like to be questioned. I am sure her behavior has been called into question before. When the person you see before the Dr. fails, the Dr fails as well.

Dr. Celdran is on of those rare doctors that listens to his patients. I was first introduced to him when he treated my mother-in-law. He was great whit her care and she loved him. Latter when I needed the services of a neurologist after cancer surgery I found him to be one of the best doctors I have ever had
