Dionne Hinds's Online Review Report Card

I am from New York. Here for 5 months a year Now . Needed a doctor and by a miracle found Dr Hinds. I'm 69 years old and she is by far one of the best Doctors I have ever had. So in tune with my heath. Her staff is amazing and so cheerful.,. If your need a doctor look no further.

Dr. Hinds is kind, caring, funny, and VERY thorough! I really liked that she has lab work done before the initial visit so she can review with you. She is the first doctor to address my health from head to toe and give me an immediate action plan. Her staff was super sweet and caring as well. Highly recommend!

Dr Hinds, where do I start? Dr. Hinds is an absolutely great and precious doctor. In all of my life , I've never come across a doctor that is so thorough and deeply concerned about their patients. I went to her office and made an appointment and prior to my first appointment her self and office staff made sure I went and had a full blood work so that when I saw her she could tell me everything I needed to know about myself. Unbelievable. Dr Hinds is so caring you would believe that's your mother making sure her child is in perfect health to the best of her ability and she also uses all resources to get to the nitty gritty of the cause of your problem, that's if you have one. Dr Hinds is a great listener and has an excellent ability in explaining your situation in the upmost detail, there are not enough kind and uplifting words to describe Dr Hinds. The staff in her office are so amazing, polite and helpful they go all out for you, big up Ms Venitia. Dr Hinds is 1000 stars. The BEST

I was going to have my first experience with a color Dr, her and her staff ruining it for me. They are horrible! What kind of practice is that? They are on the wrong business. Sorry I can’t put a star for her.

My mom and my sister went o Dr. Hinds for a follow up visit after my sisters brief stay at the hospital. Dr. Hinds approached my sister and my mom and disrespectfully chastised my sister in the middle of her office. My mom and sister was in disbelief of such a behavior from a “Doctor”. Dr. Hinds immediately gave my sister discharge papers from her services. And the worst of this situation, I highly recommended Dr. Hinds to my family, because I believe Dr. Hinds to be a smart and efficient physician. That she might be. But, I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to her office again.

Worst doctor ever….

I was told by Dr Hines office they took my Aetna ppo insurance and they were in network But now I am receiving a large bill from Aetna stating that Dr Hines is not in network, plus she referred me to other providers that took my card but Aetna is billing me too for their services as “ out of network”. I think this is a scam and I was misled into procedures that were not cvered by my insurance plan. I made several calls to Dr Hines office was was told if I did not like it to go to another Dr!

Was to,d they took Aetna ppo, but after 2 months got bill from Aetna stating Dr. Hines is not authorized to take my plan. Dr Hines takes other Aetna plans but not mine. I waited 2 weeks before my first appointment with Dr Hines and they said my insurance was verified and to come in. Now getting a bill from Aetna. Aetna said for the Dr office to call them and get set up to take My plan. I called dr hines office many times no help.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hinds for many years. She is very professional, but not distant like some I've been too. She has never come across as condescending or that you are just a number. Dr. Hinds takes the time to get to know everything that may be affecting you, such as stress or work hours, and giving you help or options. I've never had any issues with her staff. They've always been nice and helpful to me.

I don't think there are enough stars to rate Dr. Hinds! She is truly one of a kind and an outstanding physician. I love that she is compassionate-hard to come by now-a-days, she listens and genuinely cares about her patients! She has excellent bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly.
