I believe that Dr. Owings did an excellent job explaining everything that was going on with my husband. I was very pleased with the physician assistant also that visited my husband hospital bed. We were kept well informed throughout the process and the surgery was definitely a success.

Dr. Owings is the best Surgeon we could have came across! My father was visiting family in Mexico when he ended up in the emergency room in Mexico with a perforated ulcer causing him to end up in a coma for 2 weeks. He was then discharged 4 weeks later even though his incision wasn't fully healed. As a result of all that he ended up with a large abdominal hernia. My brother took the risk to fly him back home in the condition they left him over there. Where then I started searching for doctors, we were told by other doctors that Dr. Owings was specialized in abdominal hernias they all referred us to him. Dr. Owings and he's staff were very helpful and kind. They ensured that my father had a smooth prep, surgery, recovery, and follow ups. We can't Thank him enough for all he did. We highly recommend Dr. Owings and he's team!

He did my surgery for a thyroidectomy. He provided detailed explanation on what to expect and information steps on prior test that were done. Staff was great as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Owings took the time to fully understand and diagnose my problem, going the extra mile to identify an additional issue that no one had in the past. I appreciated his attention to detail, caring demeanor, and excellent work.
