Francis Conidi's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Conidi really came through! I was stuck in bed with migraines and could no longer function and had no clue why or even what a migraine truly was until this occurred. I felt a pop in the back of my head and for a month straight couldn't function more than 10%, I called seeking relief and after a few sets of questions and back and forth he gave me a medicine to try and some suggestions and thankfully all worked flawless and all I know is I got my life back and I'm very thankful for Dr. Conidi and his entire staff for helping me get rid of my migraines and headaches forever!

Dr. Conidi is a great doctor and provides support and great service always. He always tries to recommend best treatment for you and the staff is amazing. Staff always answer and call back promptly.

I have never had to go through such an abusive experience. They do not honor the appointment and keep calling you just to collect money. Never met the doctor in person. Left me without an option other than continue sufferings my pain for months expecting that he would see me. I am so angry that I will keep reporting this man to every possible channel !!!!!

I suffer from migraines from an automobile accident and was seeing Dr conidi who obviously has no idea what his office staff is doing. Staff neglected to get pre authorization from insurance company and was forced to cancel appointments which billing still charges as missed appointments after trying to reach billing which turned out to be impossible I was never able to pleed my case and was than sent a letter stating that I was no longer going to be seen by Dr conidi who was impossible to reach out and talk to also which tells me he probably knows about his office and billing practices Beware of this doctor and his office I was also charged for procedures I never received. I have been a patient of Dr. Conidi's for over 7 years. The care and concern that he and his office staff shows for their patients goes above and beyond what the patient has come to expect in today's medical environment. He is well versed and educated in not only the field of Neurology but many other medical areas. He has approached my medical care from a multifaceted view and given me answers when other doctors simply gave up. His office staff cares as much as Dr. Conidi does.

Dr. Conidi is an absolutely AMAZING neurologist! He has gotten my epilepsy under a control when many of other doctors I have been to could not. He was the only one that really listened to me and didn’t treat me like I was crazy. His staff has always been very friendly and helpful. During all this pandemic that’s been going on, he still made sure he was able to see his patients whether it be by Zoom calls, telephone calls or in person. He really does care about his patients needs and health. If you’re looking for the best neurologist on the Treasure Coast…. You just found him! Thank you Dr. Conidi for saving my life.

Dr. Conidi is knowledgable; however, his office staff, practices are not good at all. If you need FMLA paperwork filled out they charge you $50 then don't fill it out in time or at all. If you need STD he will not complete it. He recommends taking time off for a concussion yet refuses to fill out the paperwork. Not everyone can afford to take 6 weeks off with no pay. STD is a company benefit that I should be able to use; it was one piece of paper. I'm going back to work early, lost $50 and unnecessary worry during a time I was trying to heal. Awful and unethical!
