The doctor's great but this new form of setting up for you to go do things a total 0. I have to make my own appointment with quest I can't get a hold of quest for 2 weeks. Trying to set up an appointment for colonoscopy can't even get pricing from the doctor's office to get what the surgery centre charges -50 the doctor Patel is great but as I said this new form of deal with your patient's horrible minus a 150 I don't have time to get on a phone to play games with offices you people make more money than I do and I've scheduled appointments.

Our family is truly grateful for Dr. Hemal Patel. He is wonderful! He is extremely thorough with his patients. He takes his time to listen and educate. He truly cares about overall health. He's also REALLY smart! We care for a family member with dementia in our home. Dr. Patel has been extremely supportive and encouraging as we've watched this illness progress. He always makes sure that we, as caregivers, are completely informed about each new challenge we face as a family. We COMPLETELY TRUST Dr. Patel's advice and recommendations about medications. We really can't thank him enough for what he has done for our family. If you are looking for a doctor who really knows what he's doing, choose Dr. Hemal Patel. He will help you. He's an excellent teacher.

My husband and I really liked Dr Patel. He was a good listener and gave us all the time we needed. However, when we returned to PSL for this winter season it was almost impossible to make an appointment to see Dr Patel. Two days of telephone calls to reach a live person. When we finally did we could not get an appointment until the end of March. I asked what would happen if we were suddenly ill and was told they would assign another doctor who would confer with Dr Patel. This is unacceptable. We want to establish a relationship with Dr Patel but might have to look elsewhere for a family physician.

I was having extreme back pain & could barely walk. After going to the ER over the weekend, I called Dr Patel's office & was fit into his very busy day. (I've only just became his patient as I needed to find a PCP.) He was so very helpful, attentive & caring. He spent quite some time with me & never acted like he was hurrying. He knew the meds I was given were not going to help my specific needs & ordered ones that would help me till I saw the specialist. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm very blessed to have you as my physician.
