List of Jayshree Matadial's Reviews
She genuinely cares and wants to help! Glad I found someone reliable! Office staff are great too! Thank you for your help!
Had my first appointment with Dr. Matadial and found the experience to be comforting & helpful
I’m a physician and was exceptionally impressed with Dr Matadial’s bedside manner and her compassion. Her front desk was efficient as they could be given the rudeness of her patients. I’m uphauled patients don’t want to pay their bill nothing is for free especially getting treated by a doctor. I myself would have called the police and have them all arrested for stealing a service from the doctor and not paying.
This doctor only cares about getting paid, I have 2 types of insurance and they gave me a hard time about accepting it, then once it got straightened out they made me a appt. all was good today they call right before the appointment to say we're sorry we don't take your insurance we need to cancel, sad care more bout being paid then a person's health.
Saw Dr Matadial for the first time 3 weeks ago after being referred by my primary care physician after my GI doc retired. I also knew several of her patients who could not say enough good things about her (several of them are in medicine as well). Her office staff was kind and courteous when I arrived and I had a very short wait time until I saw the doctor. I explained my concerns and she promptly address them, getting me in for a few minor procedures within a short period of time. The surgery center she uses had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and I mean everyone from check in to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and other caregivers. She was prompt, informative, and very pleasant to speak with. She met with me before and after my procedures to ensure I had no questions or concerns. I rarely do reviews but I was so impressed with her care that I could not let her service go unrecognized. Being in healthcare myself I know how hard it is to deal with all the pressures of medicine and insurance companies in todays world. I highly recommend Dr Matadial and feel fortunate that I found her.
Kind, courteous, on point with everything I need to talk to her about. Could not be more pleased
This doctor is rude and careless. She thinks patients make up signs and symptoms. She did nothing to alleviate my concerns about what I was feeling. I am in pain everyday. My lab and imaging results reflect the pain I am in yet she ignored all of it pretty much accusing me of faking my pain. How dare you say that when I know what I deal with on a daily basis. She needs another profession. Medicine is not for her.
Excellent. I have been in Dr. Matadial's care for ten years. She has shown herself to be competent and caring. She has always addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I have referred numerous friends and relatives to her with positive feedback in every case.
Super greedy, rude and impersonal, doesn’t care about patients. If you go to this doctor, no matter your insurance, they charge a “refundable” $50 deductible. This is a scam. My insurance has no deductible. From other reviews, they rarely actually refund anyone. If you can’t pay on the spot, they refuse treatment. Go somewhere else. I should note that have paid all bills immediately when we receive them and we have never had an outstanding balance.
Over the years I have had both endoscopys and colonoscopy with her. She also was 1st to figure out I had cancer. Im now in remission 15 months

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
