Rushes me, doesn't listen, late, lethargic staff, opinionated to a fault, doesn't fill meds on time so I keep going through withdrawal. Schedule me six months out after a meltdown and a cry for help. Distracted. A really bad and experience and still she doesn't care. I will be writing a full lack of care and neglect I went through with this Doctor. Gathering my discoveries then present my case.

Lack of patient care and neglect. Doesn't listen. Speaks down to me. Doesn't fill meds on time so I constantly go through medication withdrawal. Lethargic staff. Just a really bad overall experience.

Extremely lack of patient care. Doesn't listen, Doesn't fill medication on time, bad bedside manners. Left me in despair and said well I will see you in six months while I'm in a desperate state. Doesn't fill my meds on a timely manner so I constantly go through serious brain electrical zaps, vomits, belly cramps, despair...literally fighting desperately trying to stay alive and positive. The office staff appears lethargic and won't speak up so I can hear what they're saying. Complete lack of patient care...very substandard. I have excellent insurance and pay my co-pays at each visit yet I get treated badly. She is not fit to work with patient with mental health and I sometimes wonder if she remembers anything I tell her I'm struggling with. There are so much more which I will be writing and forwarded to the appropriate channels.

So front desk staff there is non valid, they are judge mental, rude and just nasty people to see especially when coming to a place to feel ok. How dare they hire or even allow women of that class to be working!

Krista is sweet and helpful. The front desk is horrible. They are very unprofessional and rude! They disregard you, they talk to you any kind of way, they don’t appreciate clients at this office. I will never recommend coming here because there is way better offices with classy people rather than bottom of the barrel people.

I made an appointment to see Krista Johnson and she was amazing. She was super nice and very efficient. I highly recommend this office especially Krista.

She ruined me. Her incompetence and her unwillingness to divulge certain information/diagnoses ruined my life. I’m only just now recovering and even still I’ll never be the same. When the meds she provided negatively impacted me in the most severe way possible, she kept pedaling random depression meds, while not recognizing the very obvious symptoms of the new, more severe mental illness (that her meds caused). I think it’s obvious she has a quota with certain medication companies, since she disregarded my initial concerns about the medication that ruined my life. She’s incompetent. I don’t want to go into extreme detail, but every step of the way she was terrible. I don’t think I could have had a worse experience. Please, for your own sake, don’t go to her. She has no clue what she’s doing.

Dr VanFleet it's wonderful and has always been kind, compassionate, and offers me the best advice! Her staff is also wonderful! The one star reviews on her and her staff are completely false and I could only conclude they are narcissistic nutjobs that wish everyone to be miserable like they are :-)

Dr is not a psychiatrist and has an abrasive unpleasant unprofessional staff. I let my primary know to NEVER refer here.

Dr. Vanvleet has been my psychiatrist since 2012 I believe. The longest I have had a psychiatrist. She is patient with me and she truly listens. When I have questions or concerns, she understands. I like that she does not push medication unnecessarily and recommends therapy along with meds. Her staff are awesome and kind. I feel safe in her office. Which is a big deal for me.
