Terrific doctor, terrific experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

I had the pleasure of being scheduled with Elizabeth Royer to do my audiogram. She was incredible. She took time to explain all my results, to offfer solutions, and to explain the different tests. As someone who was nervous going in she made the whole process a lot smoother. It was invaluable to have some one listen and answer my questions and explain my condition. I feel she is the gold standard when going to the doctor. The rest of the appointment went well at the PSL location the nurses and office staff were helpful.

I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Lanza. He was very caring, very understanding and was determined to help me find the help I needed for my rare condition. He never denied what I said I felt was going on.

Dr Lanza is a good doctor,but his assistance not to much... I agree with many reviews about unprofessionalism in this particular office. I had 2 occurrences myself where the nurse sent my medicines to the wrong pharmacy or did not send them at all. After several messages back and forth, I finally got them. But there are still questions - Why don't nurses or nurse assistants do their job? We, as patients, rely and trust you, we come to you for help, we pay a lot of money to get medical care ... Until now, we have not seen a response or apology from the administration of this medical office to Google reviews. Do you read them at all? Do you care?

Hello,just I can says we was very blessed when my love boy in that time like 2009 is with hearing problems. It causes problem to can talk. Right now Joseph is 17 years old is a great boy thanks God and Dr.Lanza..

The office staff was polite, I saw the doctor for about 7 minutes. The nurse did my exam, advised she would send my medication to the pharmacy and told me to follow-up in 2 weeks. I paid out of pocket, set my next appt and checked with the pharmacy 2 days later to get the meds. They didn't have them, so i called Dr Lanzas office that day and left a message. Checked almost a week later, still nothing. Called and left 2 messages and got a call back. I was left a voicemail advising the pharmacy information I provided was incorrect (I use the same local pharmacy -Walgreens- for my son's insulin) and that the meds were sent to another pharmacy. Whatever. I called the other pharmacy, and they had no records of meds being sent. I left ANOTHER voicemail and cancelled my appt. My time and health is too important to me, and in addition, if I'm paying cash to be seen in your office, I don't feel it's unreasonable to get the medication I was told I needed sent to my local pharmacy OR if it's sent elsewhere at least confirm that with me first. I am so dissatisfied and won't return to this office.

Dr. Lanza performed surgery on my 5 year old son (adenoid removal), He was amazing. I was so nervous prior to the surgery and Dr.Lanza and his staff were very attentive, caring, and great professionals above all.

Dr. Lanza took his time explaining things to me. Entire staff was outstanding. Thank you!!

Absolutely I would give 10 stars if possible. From our first interaction with Christine and the office through the nurses, assistants and in closing with Dr. John Lanza everything was flawless and a pleasure. Dr. Lanza spent time to examine, discuss and more importantly share his knowledge and recommendations above and beyond what is accustomed. Could not recommend any more highly and grateful for the experience. Thanks Doc!
