Fabiola, at check in, was kind, friendly and professional and the mammo tech, whose I can't remember, was the same and did a wonderful job! Way to go ladies 🤗

Employees were extremely patient, professional, and kind. Fabiola was very welcoming. She made me feel cared for and important.

My husband was the patient spent 4 nights there for plural effusion no iv no meds he did not take at home the nurses were nice enough my biggest complaint. And as a RN case manager form out of state. No one washes their hands not after incontinence care the nurses aids havnt a clue about infection control. One young lady wanted to use my husbands basin on the roommate. I educated her myself about cross contamination. Also wanted to dump a bucket of water used to wash up the roommate from a diaper change in the sink that my husband was using to brush his teeth in. Again I corrected her, obviously they have no idea about cross contamination or germs. Time and time again they would strip off their gloves and hit the hand sanitizer. I also observed a patient who was getting a lung biopsy who was npo receive a tray. I will not take him back to that hospital again. We are still waiting for the patient survey obviously they do not want to send one to us I wonder why

I had a hysterectomy since Aug 29 All My nurses are great except today September 1st , i encounter One of the Nurse name Ms. D’’a everytime i Asked her questions about My medication and she keeps saying she doesnt know, why Im taking antibiotic . I asked Her please Contact My Doctor i Need the facts if i really Need To have the antibiotic if the Doctor only comment that He thinks i have appendicitis ! She Is Very unprofessional and she keeps leaving me even if Im In the bathroom ! I waited Two Hours to give me more information about My medication and i heard Her voice keep laughing outside My door . When i Asked i want To Go To the bathroom , she stated Im not doing your antibiotic until later . I stated Tamika Can Help me To the bathroom instead but instead she keeps arquing . This Nurse Is Very unpleasant and rude ! All Im asking Is facts about giving me medicine she keeps saying i dont know ! She also stated she communicated With My Doctor but if your Doctor Is not communicate With you Is not My problem ! Thats shocking comment ! I hope someone really pay attention To This Nurse !! She Is a Good pretender ! Please we are here To get Better not To have stress From your Employees . Thank you so much for your time !

Fabiola helped to get me registered. Becky performed my mammo and bone density. Both women were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me.

This hospital is one of the best in patient care. I had reason to go there once a week for 5 weeks and was admitted for a few days and the experience and care was awesome. The nurses and staff were thorough, caring and thoughtful in providing care. I would recommend this hospital (HCA Port St. Lucie) to all. Thank you to all the health care providers who cared for me while I was there and for making what was a terrifying experience easy.

Becky and the staff at the Woman’s Health office were awesome! The Rx for mammo and Dexascan had incorrect codes that the doc in the residency clinic provided. Becky took the script down to get corrected, otherwise I would have been charged full price for these procedures. Kudos to these wonderful ladies And shame on the residency clinic.
