I was extremely nervous to try a new office, but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the staff made me feel. Everyone was very kind and informative. I went in for one procedure and had questions about a different procedure. Dr. Dasilva took the time to discuss my questions and concerns. He even offered additional options that would be less expensive. I felt like the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and took their time. It was not one of those offices that rushes you out the door. I really enjoyed my experience and will be a returning customer!

I absolutely loved the staff... BUT, I had a tummy tuck and my belly button pierced from my teen year. So I got a new belly button after a tummy tuck, but I could put my old belly ring in 3 inches above my privates. On top of the "wings" ge left on my hips. I haven't let anyone see me naked since.

I'm new to the area and tried Dr. Porcaro from Groupon (always a risk I know) but, I couldn't have been happier with the experience and most importantly the results. I'll be back for sure!

I would recommend Dr. Porcaro to anyone who is looking to better themselves, I am so grateful to have found his practice here in Pt. St. Lucie, Fl. The staff makes you feel right at home, and there is never a long wait! I feel better than I have in yrs!!! Patty Jones
