I used Dr. Brown as my second opinion surgeon. He got me scheduled for gallbladder removal quickly and I’m 3 weeks post-op and feeling great. The office staff is very kind as well. I never sit in the waiting room long. They do charge $25 to fill out FMLA paperwork but that’s my only complaint. Overall I had a great experience with the office, staff, and doctor.

I was seen at my scheduled time, no wait. It was my first time at this office and seeing Dr. Brown for the first time. I was impressed with his calming demeanor as I was pretty nervous. I have a procedure coming up with him, and I have full confidence he will take good care of me.

Talked to Dr. Jon Brown last week, agreed we’re going for a surgery. Told me his coordinator Marie Torres will talk to me about scheduling and pre-op stuff, after 5 minutes of waiting front desk gave her (coordinator) business card and told me she will call me. It’s been a week and I still didn’t receive a call from anybody in the office, left multiple messages since. Mind you I’m still in pain.
